Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to orthopedic patients in an outpatient setting.
• Float to other clinics as needed to support patient care.
• Evaluate and treat patients, managing up to 12-14 patients per day.
• Ensure productivity standards of approximately 60 visits per week.
• Work a 36-hour guarantee with potential to work up to 40 hours per week.
• Collaborate with the team and obtain prior approval for any overtime hours.

Required Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Will accept a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).
• Ability to work dayshift hours, approximately 8 hours per shift.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in orthopedic outpatient therapy.
• Previous float or clinic-hopping experience.
• New grads are welcome to apply.
