Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population.
• Manage a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week, seeing approximately 12-14 patients daily.
• Handle patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Double-book follow-up visits as necessary to optimize clinic workflow.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure quality care and patient satisfaction.
• Maintain documentation and progress notes in compliance with facility standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid license or credential as a Physical Therapist.
• Prior outpatient therapy experience preferred; open to first-time travelers and new graduates.
• Ability to work daytime shifts, approximately 8 hours per shift.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in outpatient orthopedic settings.
• Flexibility to float between clinics is not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
