Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Night shifts, 12-hour shifts (7 PM – 7 AM), 3 shifts per week, approximately 36 hours weekly
Key Responsibilities
- Provide emergency nursing care to patients in a busy trauma center.
- Evaluate patient conditions, perform assessments, and develop care plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
- Document patient information accurately using electronic medical records.
- Adhere to all safety, legal, and hospital policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Emergency Department setting.
- Current BLS (AHA), ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications.
- Experience with EPIC electronic health record system.
- Previous trauma center and travel RN experience preferred.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working night shifts in a fast-paced ED environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
