Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Day shifts, 8.5 hours per shift, 5 days a week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient health status and document observations accurately
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Proven experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in a SNF or LTC setting
- Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Compassionate bedside manner and attention to patient needs
