Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a general orthopedic patient population
• Manage a caseload averaging 12-14 patients per day with a productivity target of 60 visits per week
• Work up to 40 hours per week, with 36 hours guaranteed, with prior approval required for overtime
• Demonstrate flexibility by working at least one shift per week and potentially rotating within outpatient clinics for staffing needs
• Ensure patient care and documentation meet clinical and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred
• Willing to accept new grads and first-time travelers
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a clinical team

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in general orthopedic outpatient settings
• Ability to manage a high-volume patient schedule effectively
• Strong communication and organizational skills
