Job Title
• Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in an acute care hospital setting, specializing in medical-surgical and telehealth units
• Float across various units including Oncology, Surgical Oncology, Hematology, Urology, Gynecology Oncology, and more, ensuring seamless patient care
• Adhere to infection prevention protocols and patient safety standards, including fall prevention measures
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely
• Respond to patient needs and assist in emergency situations as required

Required Qualifications
• Valid RN license in Ohio or valid compact state license at the time of submission
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in high-acuity Med Surg or Tele units, with preference for oncology experience (not mandatory)
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• NIHSS certification preferred but not required

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in a cancer center or units specialized by cancer diagnosis
• Ability to adapt to floating across diverse inpatient units
• Strong understanding of infection control protocols and patient safety procedures
