Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, night shift, 3x12-hour shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient nursing care in a rehab hospital setting for acute rehab patients.
• Assist in filling in for charge nurse as needed.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout their approximately 14-day stay.
• Document patient progress and coordinate with interdisciplinary team members.
• Respond to patient needs and manage clinical situations efficiently during night shift hours.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state RN license (must provide proof at submission).
• Minimum of 1.5 years of recent inpatient rehab experience within the last 2 years.
• Current CPR certification (ACLS preferred and required if acting as charge nurse).
• Basic clinical skills necessary for inpatient rehab nursing care.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hospital environment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in inpatient rehab hospitals.
• Motivated, proactive, and patient-focused approach.
• Comfortable working night shifts and managing a fast-paced environment.
