Part-time, on-site, 12.5-hour shifts, 3 days per week (Days shift)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and record patient conditions and progress
- Assist with activities of daily living and mobility support
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality resident care
- Adhere to all safety and compliance standards
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico
- Minimum of a year of experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and follow directions
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a SNF or LTC environment
- Bilingual abilities a plus
