Key Responsibilities

• Administer chemotherapy and other oncology treatments to adult patients over 18 years old.
• Experience with central lines required for infusion procedures.
• Follow safety protocols including pre-shift COVID screening and RTO restrictions.
• Operate and manage unit systems such as Epic, Pyxis, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.
• Participate in unit orientation and ongoing training to ensure compliance and safety.
• Float between clinic locations within the facility as needed, providing patient care across units.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of oncology-specific nursing experience.
• Valid NC or Compact state nursing license; must be in hand at the time of start.
• BLS certification required.
• ONS Chemo/Bio Card (must be submitted at start).
• Experience administering chemotherapy and handling central lines.
• Ability to work 8-hour day shifts, no call requirement.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) certification preferred.
• Experience with Epic EMR system and infusion pumps.
• Flexibility to float between clinics and units as needed.
