- Travel, Full-time, 13-week assignment, Days shift (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM), 5 days per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in an inpatient rehabilitation unit.
- Perform 1:1 therapy procedures tailored to individual patient needs.
- Collaborate with hospital staff to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Document patient progress accurately using the Meditech system.
- Contribute to a newly established 42-bed inpatient rehab unit with state-of-the-art equipment.
- Incorporate weekends into a flexible 5-day workweek when required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Florida state license as an Occupational Therapist.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in acute care, SNF, or inpatient rehab settings.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently within a team environment.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working with new therapy equipment and innovative technology.
- Past experience in a hospital or similar inpatient setting.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to a fast-paced, newly formed rehab unit.
- Flexibility to incorporate weekend shifts if necessary.
