Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to neonatal intensive care patients in a Level IV NICU setting.
• Attend and assist with deliveries, including serving as the resuscitation nurse for newborns.
• Monitor and care for well babies, ensuring compliance with hospital protocols.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain detailed care records.
• Adhere to hospital policies and standards for neonatal care.

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state or a valid compact license.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent NICU experience, with Level IV NICU experience preferred.
• Ability to work daytime shifts, including weekends as needed.
• Willingness to work 3 shifts per week (12 hours each).
• Must meet all travel compliance requirements, including existing certifications.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• BSN degree preferred.
• Cerner electronic medical records experience.
• Prior travel nursing experience (2+ years strongly preferred).
• Strong knowledge of neonatal resuscitation and care procedures.
