Job Title

• Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Schedule / Job Type

• Travel, Night shifts, 12.5 hours per shift, 13-week assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an IMC/PCU/Stepdown unit within a large hospital setting.
• Monitor and manage hemodynamic status and ventilator support for critically ill patients.
• Assist with bedside procedures such as chest tube insertions and intubations.
• Document patient status accurately using the Cerner system.
• Perform nurse leader rounding and bedside shift reports to ensure excellent patient experience.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver high-quality critical care.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of ICU/PCU experience at a large facility.
• Proficiency in ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring.
• Certification in BLS and ACLS.
• Comfortable with critical care pharmacology including IV sedation, paralytics, and vasopressors.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with central line management.
• Ability to work flexible hours and handle fast-paced ICU environment.
• Strong critical thinking and teamwork skills.
