- Nuclear Medicine Technologist (Travel)
Location
- Richmond, VA
Schedule / Job Type
- Days shift, 8.5 hours per shift, travel assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Perform all nuclear medicine exams using GE equipment in a hospital setting
- Adhere to safety protocols and documentation requirements within MEDITECH system
- Assist in various imaging procedures including PET and NM exams
- Maintain certifications and credentials as required (NMTCB or ARRT)
- Follow hospital-specific policies and dress code (scrubs, blue unit)
- Collaborate with medical staff to deliver quality patient care
Required Qualifications
- Certified NM Technologist with NMTCB or ARRT certification
- BLS certification required
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in nuclear medicine imaging
- Strong understanding of nuclear medicine procedures and equipment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with GE imaging systems
- Familiarity with hospital documentation systems (MEDITECH)
- Ability to adapt to floating policies for PET and NM departments
