Location
- Liberty, MO
Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Night shifts (12-hour nights, 1900-0700)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced critical care to ICU patients, including trauma, neurological, and cardiovascular cases
- Monitor patient status, administer medications, and respond to emergencies
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient information accurately in Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
- Float to Stepdown/Progressive Care Unit as needed during shifts
- Adhere to patient safety and infection control protocols
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license
- Minimum of 2 years of ICU RN experience
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Experience working with CTS and Neuro patients preferred
- TNCC certification preferred
Preferred Experience / Skills
- ICU experience in Level 1 or 2 Trauma Centers
- Familiarity with EMR systems similar to Cerner or Altera Sunrise
