Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services in a 368-bed adult ICU unit.
• Manage ventilators, ABGs, and nitric oxide therapies.
• Assist with procedures such as bronchoscopy, intubation, and nebulizer treatments.
• Monitor patient response and adjust therapy accordingly.
• Collaborate with a team of 34 staff members to ensure optimal patient care.
• Document treatments and patient progress using hospital EMR system.

Required Qualifications

• Current CRT or RRT certification.
• Valid BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum 1 year of ICU respiratory therapy experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• CVICU experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with nitric oxide management and advanced ventilator care.
