Job Title
• Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical/Telemetry (Night Shifts)

Location
• St. Louis, MO

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Night shift, 3 shifts per week, 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct patient care across medical, surgical, oncology, neuro, and cardiology units within a short-term acute care hospital
• Float within scope to various units, including renal, oncology, and neuro, as needed
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, safety standards, and documentation procedures using EPIC charting system
• Adhere to certification requirements, including BCLS, ACLS, and IV start/telemetry skills
• Participate in holiday and weekend rotations, including every other weekend or minimum of 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule
• Maintain professional standards and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver quality patient care

Required Qualifications
• Valid RN license in Missouri or a valid compact license in the candidate’s resident state (license must be in hand at submission)
• Minimum of 2 years’ recent RN experience in a hospital setting
• BCLS and ACLS certification required; IV start and telemetry experience preferred
• EPIC charting system experience (specific units may require prior EPIC familiarity)
• Must have valid SSN and date of birth for onboarding purposes
• Ability to work night shifts and participate in holiday and weekend rotations
• Willingness to float within scope and across multiple hospital units
• Compliance with hospital and staffing agency policies, including background checks and modules completion

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous telemetry experience and familiarity with EPIC platform
• Experience in oncology, neuro, or renal units
• Willingness to work flexible schedules and float as needed
• Certification in NIHSS (preferred but not required)
