Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document patient health status and response to treatments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality resident care
- Adhere to all safety, health, and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Experience working in LTC or SNF settings preferred
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience with 12-hour shift scheduling
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
