Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a clinical setting.
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care.
• Document patient evaluations and therapy sessions accurately.
• Participate in weekend rotations as scheduled.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapist.
• Proven experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy procedures and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a nursing care or long-term care facility.
• Certification in specialized areas of physical therapy (if applicable).
