Job Title

• Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse

Location

• Sweetwater, TX

Schedule / Job Type

• Day shifts, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week, full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care for patients in labor, delivery, postpartum, and nursery settings

• Monitor fetal distress using intermediate fetal monitoring

• Assist with approximately 20-30 deliveries per month

• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure safe and effective patient care

• Maintain accurate documentation of patient status and procedures

• Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards

Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas

• ACLS, BLS, NRP certifications

• Experience as an OB circulator preferred

• Ability to care for antepartum, labor, postpartum, and nursery patients

• Stable in current practice and certifications

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in rural hospital settings

• Strong assessment and communication skills

• Knowledge of fetal monitoring techniques
