Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient orthopedic therapy services to patients.
• Treat a diverse patient population with a focus on outpatient orthopedics.
• Manage a high volume of patients, typically seeing 12-14 patients daily.
• Maintain productivity expectations of 60 visits per week.
• Collaborate with clinical team and approve or coordinate OT hours as needed.
• Double-book follow-up visits to optimize clinic efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Valid license as a Physical Therapist in North Carolina.
• Outpatient orthopedic therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work full-time and handle a busy outpatient schedule.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient orthopedic therapy experience is a plus.
• Flexibility to float to other clinics within the network.
• New graduates considered if eligible for licensure.
