Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients, including assessments and treatment plans.
• Implement individualized therapy programs to improve patient mobility, strength, and pain management.
• Document patient progress and update treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure cohesive patient care.
• Educate patients and families on therapy routines and injury prevention strategies.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Proven experience in physical therapy practice.
• Strong assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Available to start urgently with increased compensation.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in outpatient or inpatient rehabilitation settings.
• Familiarity with therapeutic modalities and equipment.
