Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized neonatal care in a Level III NICU unit with approximately 190 births per month.
• Administer patient care in accordance with hospital protocols, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of neonatal patients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Document patient information accurately using electronic health records (Epic).
• Maintain compliance with all hospital and regulatory policies, including certifications and licensing requirements.
• Float between units within the facility as needed, ensuring flexibility to meet operational needs.

Required Qualifications

• Valid California RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a NICU setting.
• Current BCLS, NRP, and PALS certifications.
• Recent (within last 30 days) LA fire card.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts without conflicts for outside employment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a Level III NICU.
• Knowledge of Epic electronic charting system.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
