Schedule / Job Type
• Days, Part-time (3 shifts per week)
Key Responsibilities
• Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
• Administer medications and document patient responses
• Assist with activities of daily living and prioritize patient safety
• Collaborate with healthcare team to implement care plans
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and facility policies
Required Qualifications
• Valid LVN/LPN license in the state of New Mexico
• Current BLS certification
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience in LTC or SNF settings
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
