• Full-time, day shifts, 5 shifts per week, 8 hours per shift, on-site

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients in various healthcare settings
• Evaluate patient condition and develop individualized treatment plans
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records per licensing and institutional standards
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care
• Follow all safety and compliance protocols during treatment delivery

Required Qualifications

• Valid and active physical therapy license in the state of Texas
• Experience in setting (or relevant clinical experience)
• Ability to complete documentation requirements with ATI prior to start
• Must be able to start with a compact license but must obtain permanent license immediately
• Fully vaccinated or willing to comply with facility vaccination policies (if applicable)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in outpatient or rehab settings
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
