- Full-time, travel position, night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), 13-week duration
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to labor and delivery patients on a 12-hour night shift.
- Assist with vaginal and C-section deliveries, D&C procedures, hysterectomies, tubal placements, cerclage, and versions for high-risk obstetrics patients.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and comfort.
- Utilize EMR systems for documentation and patient management.
- Adhere to hospital policies and unit guidelines to maintain quality care standards.
- Demonstrate flexibility and teamwork in a fast-paced obstetrics environment.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN or EFM certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent acute care hospital RN experience.
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous travel nursing experience in labor and delivery.
- PACU experience preferred.
- Experience with Meditech EMR system.
