Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures in a hospital setting.
- Assist cardiologists and maintain sterile techniques during procedures.
- Prepare and operate specialized equipment for Cath Lab and Electrophysiology (EP) procedures.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the procedure.
- Document procedures accurately and assist with pre- and post-procedure care.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cardiovascular Tech or Cath Lab Tech.
- Current BLS certification.
- ACLS certification required.
- RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) certification preferred.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with cardiac cath labs and electrophysiology procedures.
- Knowledge of cardiac imaging and hemodynamic monitoring.
