Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
• Administer medications and monitor patient health status
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality resident care
• Complete documentation and adhere to compliance requirements
• Attend clinical interviews and demonstrate experience in psychiatric care

Required Qualifications

• Valid LVN or LPN license
• Must have a vehicle (no exceptions)
• Some experience in psychiatric or mental health care
• Ability to arrive 48 hours in advance for fingerprinting and compliance requirements
• Flexibility to work shifts on a 7-day schedule, including days, evenings, or nights

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in long-term or skilled nursing facilities
• Strong documentation and communication skills
