Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in a Medical Surgical/Telehealth setting during night shifts.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient information accurately in compliance with facility protocols.
• Ensure safety and comfort of patients throughout the shift.
• Adhere to all facility policies, including compliance and documentation standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Ohio RN license (compact licenses accepted for starts from 1/1/23 forward).
• Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in Medical Surgical/Telehealth nursing.
• Active and current certifications, including ECG rhythm recognition and SafeMedicate.
• Ability to pass ECG and SafeMedicate assessments during orientation with acceptable scores.
• Negative 10-panel drug screen and nicotine (Cotinine) test within the past 12 months (if applicable).
• Completion of BCI/FBI background checks within 48 hours of contract signing.
• Ability to pick up badge and complete onsite fingerprinting prior to start date.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in a hospital setting, particularly with Cleveland Clinic or similar health systems.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills suited for night shift care.
• Experience with hospital protocols related to safety and compliance.

• Must have a permanent Ohio license; compact licenses are accepted for eligible starts.
• No face facial hair for PPE use unless medically or religiously exempted.
• This position offers an 18-month contract with potential extensions.
