Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a mixed patient population.
• Conduct 60-minute evaluations and 40-minute follow-up sessions.
• Manage a caseload without double booking or overlapping patient appointments.
• Meet productivity goals of 70%, averaging approximately 2.7 units per hour based on patient complexity.
• Utilize EMR systems for documentation and patient tracking.
• Collaborate with on-site management to ensure high-quality patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Valid license as a Physical Therapist.
• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
• Proficiency with EMR systems such as NetHealth or Redoc.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in outpatient rehabilitation with diverse patient populations.
• Familiarity with productivity metrics and documentation standards.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
