Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address patient needs
• Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
• Document patient progress and adjust therapies as necessary
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies

Required Qualifications

• Valid occupational therapy license for the state of Texas
• Current CPR certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting preferred

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with diverse patient populations
• Knowledge of therapy documentation systems
• Strong organizational skills to manage treatment plans and reporting
