• North Charleston, SC

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, 5x8s, evening shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM), Monday to Friday, with holiday rotation

Key Responsibilities

• Perform sterilization, decontamination, and assembly/wrap procedures for surgical instruments
• Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and safety standards
• Float within scope to support various hospital departments and facilities as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation of sterilization processes
• Assist with cases involving neuro, GU, robotics, ENT, ortho, transplant, and GYN cases when experienced

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Sterile Processing experience
• Experience with sterilization, decontamination, and instrument assembly
• Certification via CBSPD and/or HSPA preferred
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
• Must hold or be eligible for South Carolina RN License (preferred, but not mandatory)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Trauma experience (Level 1 Trauma Hospital)
• Experience with neuro, GU, robotics, ENT, ortho, transplant, or GYN cases
• Certification in CBSPD or HSPA
• Previous hospital experience in a large trauma or teaching hospital setting
