Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a busy Medical Surgical unit within a Level I Trauma Center.
• Assist with patient assessments, medication administration, and documentation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Follow all hospital protocols and safety procedures.
• Support safe patient transitions and communicate effectively with team members.

Required Qualifications

• LVN or LPN license in the state of Tennessee or approved compact license.
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in Medical Surgical nursing.
• Experience working in a Level I Trauma Center preferred.
• Prior hospitals or acute care experience required.
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Recent travel or large hospital experience.
• Familiarity with Cerner or similar EMR systems.
• Experience in trauma or high-acuity settings.
