Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, individual-focused nursing care for antepartum, laboring, and postpartum patients, including new mothers and newborns.
• Monitor patient flow, ensuring safety, satisfaction, and optimal care delivery.
• Triage patient requests, deliver education on care plans, and support healthy decision-making.
• Administer medications, perform treatments, and assist with procedures while adhering to patient safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with physicians, staff, and external teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating critical thinking and assessment skills.
• Uphold HIPAA regulations and organizational values, promoting a culture of safety and respect.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Colorado or a compact state.
• Minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP) certification.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in labor and delivery nursing.
• Ability to handle high patient volumes and diverse care needs.
