Key Responsibilities

• Provide interim supervisory support to the Birthing Center Manager, ensuring continuity of daily operations and patient care.
• Implement and reinforce organizational policies, clinical protocols, and procedures within the birthing center.
• Support staff education, orientation, and competency validation to maintain high standards of care.
• Promote compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards, serving as a resource during the assignment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver effective obstetric and neonatal care.
• Work within nursing rotations to support clinical and operational needs.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current Colorado Registered Nurse licensure.
• BLS certification.
• AWHONN intermediate or advanced fetal monitoring certification or C-EFM.
• Valid NRP instructor certification.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Minimum of five years of obstetrics nursing and neonatal experience.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Bilingual capabilities are helpful.
