Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient therapy services to a diverse patient population, primarily orthopedic-focused.
• Manage a productivity expectation of approximately 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients daily.
• Double-book follow-up visits as needed to ensure efficient patient care.
• Adhere to clinical guidelines and work collaboratively with the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with the director to approve overtime hours prior to working additional hours.

Required Qualifications
• Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Washington.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to handle a busy outpatient orthopedic caseload.
• Strong communication and patient management skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior outpatient orthopedic therapy experience.
• Experience working with a high patient volume and managing productivity expectations.
• Willingness to work as a first-time traveler or a seasoned professional.
