Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in various clinical settings
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare teams
• Ensure compliance with all licensing and facility requirements
• Maintain active licensure and equipment during assessments

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Texas
• Experience in setting up and providing physical therapy treatment
• Ability to complete documentation accurately and promptly
• Availability to start on the scheduled date

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in a hospital or outpatient setting
• Knowledge of current physical therapy techniques and equipment
• Comfortable working within a team environment
