Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to medical-surgical and telemetry populations during night shifts.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely in electronic medical records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.
• Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Active Ohio RN license or Compact state license in hand at the time of submission.
• Minimum of 18 months recent, permanent experience in medical-surgical or telemetry nursing.
• BLS and ACLS certifications current and active.
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation.
• Ability to recognize and interpret cardiac rhythms.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a hospital setting within the Cleveland Clinic system.
• Prior experience with patient education and interdisciplinary collaboration.
