• Full-time, Night shifts (3x12 hours)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a Medical/Surgical and Telemetry unit at a leading healthcare facility.
• Deliver safe and effective nursing care while adhering to established protocols and standards.
• Monitor and interpret ECG rhythms, provide medication administration, and ensure patient safety.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Complete all documentation accurately within electronic health records systems.
• Adhere to facility policies including compliance and safety standards.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months recent, permanent Medical/Surgical Telemetry experience prior to travel.
• Valid Ohio license or Compact State license in hand.
• Active BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Ability to recognize and respond to ECG rhythms.
• Pass ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation.
• One supervisor or managerial reference verifying experience in the applicable specialty.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a hospital setting within the Cleveland Clinic healthcare system.
• Familiarity with travel compliance protocols including background checks and drug screens.
• Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with team members and patients.
