Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in long-term care and skilled nursing facility settings
- Monitor and record patients' health status and progress
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies
Required Qualifications
- Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 12.5 hours per shift
- Experience in LTC or SNF settings preferred
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
