Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
  • Monitor and record patient health status and report changes to the healthcare team
  • Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies
  • Maintain detailed and accurate patient documentation

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maine
  • Proven experience providing care in LTC/SNF settings
  • Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work 12.5-hour shifts and a full week of scheduled shifts

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Previous experience with long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred
  • BLS/CPR certification
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced healthcare environment
