Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Monitor and record patient health status and report changes to the healthcare team
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient documentation
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maine
- Proven experience providing care in LTC/SNF settings
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work 12.5-hour shifts and a full week of scheduled shifts
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience with long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred
- BLS/CPR certification
- Comfort working in a fast-paced healthcare environment
