Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services, focusing on orthopedic patient care.
• Evaluate, develop, and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Collaborate with clinical staff and patients to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Participate in patient follow-up and documentation to monitor progress.
• Flexibility to float to other clinics within the region as needed.
• Handle a daily caseload averaging 12-14 patients, with a productivity goal of 60 visits per week.

Required Qualifications
• Valid licensure or certification to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work Days shifts.
• Willingness to accept first-time travelers and new grads.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working with orthopedic patient populations.
• Ability to handle double-booked follow-up visits efficiently.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
