Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, travel assignment, 13 weeks, day shift (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM), 3 shifts per week, onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care in a busy ER setting.
• Perform patient assessments, triage, and rapid interventions.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and conduct procedures such as splinting and wound care.
• Assist with advanced airway management, including intubation and CPR.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document all patient care activities accurately and efficiently in Meditech EMR.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of recent ER experience in a high-acuity environment.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications.
• Strong triage, critical thinking, and trauma care skills.
• Experience with trauma, STEMI, stroke, and sepsis patient management.
• Valid RN license in Texas or able to obtain.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Meditech documentation system.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience with moderate sedation and complex procedures.
