• Full-time, travel assignment, dayshift, 8.5-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient rehabilitation therapy for stroke and orthopedic patients, delivering 3 hours of intensive therapy daily.
• Administer therapy to patients admitted for acute care with the goal of discharging them home or to the next level of care.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records in accordance with facility protocols.
• Support patient recovery and functional improvements through evidence-based occupational therapy interventions.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist license.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant therapy experience.
• Ability to work effectively in inpatient rehabilitation and acute care settings.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to travel and adapt to different clinical environments.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with stroke and orthopedic patients.
• Prior travel therapy experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of hospital-based therapy procedures and documentation standards.
