Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Operating Room (OR).
- Coordinate and direct patient care in accordance with surgical schedules.
- Manage OR on-call duties, including potential holiday shifts.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and documentation standards.
- Collaborate with surgical teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Washington State nursing license or Multi-State license.
- OR circulator experience required.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in surgical or perioperative nursing.
- Strong knowledge of operating room procedures and sterilization protocols.
