LVN / LPN Ambulatory Care/Clinic/Outpatient

Job Title

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Oncology Clinic

• Lacey, WA

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Day shift, 4x10-hour shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient and family education and support in an oncology setting
• Assess vital signs and monitor patient conditions
• Handle pharmacy calls and manage specimen labeling
• Document patient pain levels and concerns for provider review
• Float between multiple outpatient clinics as needed, including Aberdeen and Centralia, WA

Required Qualifications

• Valid LPN license
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• Ability to verify references from the past 3 years (6 months for CNAs)
• Must be willing to float between clinics when needed

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in outpatient or ambulatory care
• Comfort with patient education and support roles
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced oncology environment
