• Full-time, Temp-to-Perm possibility, Days shifts (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for patients undergoing cardiac procedures such as caths, TAVR, device implantations, and peripheral interventions.
• Assess and monitor patient condition before, during, and after procedures, ensuring safety and compliance with protocols.
• Administer medications and treatments per protocol, monitoring for side effects and effectiveness.
• Document patient histories, symptoms, medications, and care provided accurately.
• Educate patients and families on procedures, recovery, and post-care instructions.
• Collaborate with a team of nurses and techs to manage patient care and support clinical operations.

Required Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of Louisiana or a compact state.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Current ACLS certification from the AHA.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a critical care or cardiac setting.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working specifically in a Cardiac Cath Lab or Electrophysiology (EP) department.
• Knowledge of cardiac procedures, devices, and post-procedure patient management.
• Ability to work independently with strong clinical assessment skills.
