Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients according to established treatment plans.
• Complete necessary documentation directly with ATI prior to assignment start.
• Maintain active licensure and comply with all credentialing requirements.
• Work collaboratively within the team to deliver quality patient care.
• Follow facility policies regarding dress code and parking arrangements.

Required Qualifications

• Valid and active physical therapy license.
• Experience in setting and implementing treatment plans.
• Ability to complete documentation accurately and timely.
• Provided equipment during interview.
• Willingness to start on 07/13.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working with ATI or similar outpatient settings.
• Knowledge of credentialing processes and documentation.
