Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, 8-hour days, weekdays, 5 days per week, contract for 13 weeks

Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation therapy services to patients of all ages, supporting recovery from injuries, surgeries, and managing chronic conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on improving mobility, strength, balance, and flexibility
• Assist patients in regaining independence through therapeutic exercises and mobility techniques
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care and progress
• Document patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with hospital and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications
• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist
• Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
• Proven experience in outpatient and inpatient rehab settings preferred

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in a rural healthcare environment is a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse patient populations
• Ability to adapt treatment plans based on individual patient needs
