Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation services to patients of all ages, supporting recovery from injuries, surgeries, or managing chronic conditions.
• Assist licensed therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Support patients in improving mobility, balance, strength, and flexibility through therapeutic exercises and interventions.
• Contribute to patient progress documentation and communicate treatment outcomes to the healthcare team.
• Promote optimal patient care and safety during therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care and support the hospital's mission to deliver high-quality rural healthcare.

Required Qualifications

• Valid license or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Demonstrated knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and patient care practices.
• Ability to work effectively in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in outpatient rehabilitation services.
• Familiarity with working in a rural healthcare environment.
• Experience with diverse patient populations, including seniors and sports injury cases.
