- Full-time, night shifts, 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and support to residents in a long-term structured residential treatment setting for individuals with serious mental illness.
- Assist in implementing treatment plans, including group and one-on-one therapy sessions.
- Monitor residents’ progress and behavior, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment.
- Collaborate with psychiatric professionals to facilitate stabilization and re-integration goals.
- Support residents’ daily routines and promote a positive, structured environment conducive to recovery.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 6 months of experience in mental health or related behavioral health settings.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in long-term mental health residential facilities.
- Knowledge of psychiatric treatment approaches and therapeutic techniques.
